I am a frequent speaker at industry events, and have sat on panels at Web2Expo, Blog World, SXSW, BlogHer and Mashable conferences.

I serve on the Board of Directors of the Social Media Advertising Consortium (SMAC), and in 2010, was named to PR Week’s “40 Under 40.”

My first book, Perspectives on Social Media Marketing, was released in October, 2010.
